Member Notice

The purpose of this meeting is to receive the Annual Reports of the Board of Directors, Management, Auditors, the Governance Committee, and the Audit and Risk Committee; to approve the financial statements; to appoint auditors; and to transact business as may properly come before the meeting.

Financial statements and the Annual Report will be available on Kawartha’s website 10 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
